When we were looking for our home, we found that Beth not only had valuable local insight, but she was really able to translate all of our “dream house” wishes into an actual dream house. During the past summer, I had the pleasure of doing business with Mrs. Beth Zedaker of the Willis Allen Company. My favorite aunt, who lived in the San Diego area, was placed in a nursing home and her house had to be sold. I live in Minnesota and accomplishing this task was quite a problem for me. Beth recently sold a home for me in the Point Loma area. She sold this property in two days with three offers on the table.
